Shipping & Returns
Cavalry was created to provide hospitality professionals with better apparel options. We take great care in choosing materials that are best for kitchen environments and long-term wear while also prioritising materials that have less environmental footprint. However, if you're not 100% happy with our products upon receipt, get in touch with us below for an exchange or full refund - provided that they have not been worn in the workplace or washed.
Exchanges and store credit are available to customers who contact us within 30 days of receiving their products as long as they are in 100% good condition.
Refunds are available for customers who submit return requests within 14 days of receiving their products as long as they are in 100% good condition. Refunds will be credited upon receipt of goods minus shipping fees and any import duties and taxes. Requests received after 14 days will be offered an exchange or store credit.
Repairs happen, even though our chef wear is designed for durability. Working excessive hours in hot environments will always cause some type of wear and sometimes tear. We understand this and will do the best of our ability to repair any damages at no cost to you, for the entirety of the product life (within reason). In Hong Kong, we will send you a prepaid return label, repair your item and send it back to you - completely free of charge. In other countries, we may ask you to send us photos, take your product to a local seamstress for repair and we will provide store credit upon proof of receipt.
International shipping - Shipping rates vary on the customer's country and quantity ordered. If you do not see shipping available for your country, this does not necessarily mean we won't ship it to you. Please contact us via the form below.
